WRSA Worker Training Day

After successful yearly basic farmworkers’ training days between 2015 and 2019 WRSA NABOOM and WRSA WATERBERG are combining forces to host a training day WITH NEW COURSES on OCTOBER 19, 2022, from 08:00 until 17:00 at CASTLE DE WILDT in Nylstroom (Modimolle) free of charge. All WRSA members are invited to enrol their workers for training. (Registration starts at 08:00). A light breakfast will be provided.

To register, farm owners/employers must complete the form below to ensure that every participant will receive a certificate after the training. Please attach a copy of every worker’s ID document.

As with previous training days we will present different courses to THREE separate groups. Please indicate for which group you register the participant.

The courses in each group are:

1. GROUP 1:
   1. General Maintenance on Small Machinery
   2. General Maintenance on Machinery/Vehicles/Implements
2. GROUP 2:
   1. Fencing and Maintenance of Fences
   2. Installation and Maintenance of Pipes/Repair of Water Tanks
3. GROUP 3:
   1. Basic Sewing
   2. Vegetable Garden Planting and Maintenance

The duration of each course is ± 2,5 hours.

A snake demonstration will be presented during lunchtime.
