UNIQUE OPPORTUNITY FOR WRSA MEMBERS
29 March 2023 – This coming weekend sees the first workshop where state and private veterinarians will be trained in a continuous professional development (CPD) course in using the WRSA Portal online ranch management system to manage the testing and movement of buffalo.
This online ranch management system, available to all members through the WRSA website (www.wrsa.co.za/members/) allows members to register their ranches and from that one platform file permit applications electronically along with all the necessary documentation.
During this weekend workshop, the veterinarians will work together to process applications received through the WRSA Portal platform. This opportunity will mean that members who are registered on the Portal will see quicker responses to their applications, and through the processing of the data assist further development in ironing out any final wrinkles that need attention.
Members are encouraged to register their ranches on the online system as soon as possible before the weekend to take advantage of this opportunity to speed up their buffalo permit applications.
We encourage all members with WR numbers to also apply for a new BU number.
