14 June 2023 – The Department of Forestry, Fisheries, and the Environment (DFFE) Minister, Ms Barbara Creecy, published the White Paper on Conservation and Sustainable Use of South Africa’s Biodiversity 2023.
WRSA has already proactively submitted separate Promotion of Access to Information (PAIA) applications for the DFFE, the Scientific Authority of South Africa and the South African National Biodiversity Insitute (SANBI) requestion reports, submissions, research, data, and comments that was received or submitted during the various public participation phases.
