WESTERN CAPE PROVINCE: HUNTING SEASONS, DAILY BAG LIMITS AND HUNTING BY THE USE OF PROHIBITED HUNTING METHODS
Notice is hereby given in terms of sections 78 and 79 of the Nature Conservation Ordinance, 1974 (Ordinance 19 of 1974), that for the year 2024 the hunting seasons and the daily bag limits are, as set out in the third and fourth columns, respectively, of the Schedule hereto in the areas and in respect of the species of wild animals mentioned in the first and second columns, respectively, of the said Schedule.
The operation of section 29 of the said Ordinance is suspended to the extent specified in the fifth column of the said Schedule in the areas and in respect of the species of wild animals and for the periods of the year 2024 indicated opposite any such suspension in the first, second and third columns, respectively, of the said Schedule.
