20 February 2024 – The WRSA Southern Cape RIG proudly hosted the first regional Information Day of 2024 at Lasarus Game Farm as part of the Lasarus Game Farm 3-in-1 Information Day and 10th Production Auction on 09 February 2024.
The event was a resounding success, characterized by robust knowledge exchange and insightful experience-sharing, resonating with the timeless wisdom of our esteemed immediate-past chairman, Gerhard Heyneke:
“If your game ranch relies solely on one leg, it risks being easily toppled. However, with a foundation supported by two, three, or four legs, its stability becomes formidable. This underscores the importance of diversifying your ranch activities, encompassing hunting, tourism, game products, and mixed farming. We were very excited about the highly successful Lasarus Game Farm 10th Production Auction and immensely grateful for the gracious support from Nico Lerm, owner of Lasarus Game Farm, who committed 0,5% of the auction’s turnover to support WRSA.
